Requesting Transcripts

When seniors apply to college(s),  counselors are responsible for submitting high school transcripts. In order for us to keep track, *all seniors must complete a Transcript Request Form (TRF) on Naviance. This lets your counselor know what application deadlines you are completing, to ensure your transcripts are submitted by the correct date. 

 

SENIORS - THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF. COUNSELORS HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHERE YOU ARE APPLYING, OR BY WHICH DEADLINES, UNLESS YOU COMPLETE THIS STEP. 

 

 

  • On your Naviance homepage, click 'Colleges I Am Applying To.'
  • Once there, click + REQUEST TRANSCRIPTS
  • Request to have your 'initial' and 'mid year' transcripts sent to ALL colleges you will be applying to
    • Note: Mid Year transcripts will not be available to submit to colleges until mid-late January
    • Final Transcripts - are sent by your counselor around mid July to the college you commit to attending only

 

The TRF must be completed for all transcript requests.   Please allow at least two (2) weeks before the deadline for processing.  When all information requested is complete, the transcript will be mailed or submitted electronically. Please note the following application deadlines and when the TRF needs to be submitted on Naviance:  



 

11/1/21 college deadline - submit transcript request on Naviance by 10/15

 

 

11/15/21 college deadline - submit transcript request on Naviance by 10/15

 

 

12/1/21 college deadline - submit transcript request on Naviance by 11/12

 

 

1/1/22 college deadline - submit transcript request on Naviance by 12/8

 

 

1/15/22 college deadline - submit transcript request on Naviance by 1/2/22
