String Orchestra III

String Orchestra III continues upon our intermediate studies. Here, students will develop advanced playing techniques and expressive skills. In addition, students will experience increased complexity in rhythms and tonal centers in order to build their overall musicianship. This course contains a continued emphasis on music literacy, instrumental proficiency, and the impact music has on us and our community. String Orchestra III coursework is aligned with the NYS Music Standards. This course offers students the opportunity to perform in both the Winter and Spring Concerts.
