Parents and Guardians can reset their child’s DOE student password.
Here’s how it works:
- Parents or guardians can use their NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) to reset their child’s password online.
- If they don’t have a NYCSA account yet, they can create one for free and link their student.
You’ll want to:
- Log in to your NYCSA account at schoolsaccount.nyc.
- Select your child’s profile and look for the password reset option.
- Follow the prompts to set a new password.
Next up:
- If you run into any issues, your school can also reset the password for you.
- Students can reset their own password using the Student Self-Service tool if they’ve set up a PIN or security questions.
