Queens County District Attorney

 
The Queens County District Attorney is the elected district attorney for Queens County, coterminous with the Borough of Queens, in New York City.
 
The office is responsible for the prosecution of violations of New York state laws.
 
Maspeth High School is represented by the current Queens County District Attorney is Melinda Katz, who assumed the duties of the office on January 1, 2020.
